Cohera — the DMC formed from the merger of 360 Destination
Group, CSI DMC and Destinations South, and serves 50 U.S destinations — has named Trina Roffino CEO.
Roffino brings more than 25 years of leadership experience
in integrated creative and experiential marketing. She most recently served as president
and CEO of The Marketing Arm, where she helped grow and transform the
organization to create brand experiences, live events, sponsorships, and
integrated marketing campaigns for companies including State Farm, PepsiCo,
Morgan Stanley and Novartis.
Trevor Hanks, who has served as CEO since Cohera’s
formation, will become head of corporate development, while continuing to
serve as a member of company’s board of directors. In this role, Hanks will
focus on strategic partnerships, acquisitions and opportunities that expand
Cohera’s capabilities and its future.
“What attracted me to Cohera was not just the business
opportunity; it was the people,” said Roffino. “Every conversation reinforced
the same themes: relationships, collaboration, care for clients, and pride in
creating experiences people never forget. Those qualities cannot be
manufactured. They are built over time by people who genuinely care. I’m
honored to join this team, and excited to build on the incredible foundation
already in place.”
In addressing his new position, Hanks said, “This is not a
departure; it’s the next step in building the future for Cohera. Creating
Cohera has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. It also
reinforced where I can make the greatest impact: building relationships,
creating opportunities, and bringing great people and companies together. I’m
excited to continue that work while helping guide Cohera’s future in this new
role.”
