Destination management company Hosts Global, which provides services in 450 destinations around the world, has named Marti Winer as its new CEO, beginning Sept. 1.
Winer, who currently serves as the company’s senior vice president and regional manager, Hosts West, will succeed Kurt Paben, Hosts' CEO since 2022. He will transition to the role of vice chair before retiring at the end of 2026.
Winer has more than two decades of experience in destination management, hospitality, experiential marketing and live events. Prior to joining Hosts in 2025, she previously served in roles including vice president of event productions for MGM Resorts International, where she oversaw more than 2,200 events annually.
