Visit Orlando, the official convention and visitor's bureau representing the Florida destination, announced that 76.7 million people visited the city in 2025. This marks a 1.8 percent increase from 2024 and the highest number of visitors in Orlando's history.

Domestic visitors accounted for the majority of travelers, up 2.2 percent year-over-year to 70.3 million people — another record-breaking high for the city. However, international visitations declined 2.4 percent to 6.3 million travelers.

According to Visit Orlando, the city's top international market is Canada. Although the number of visitors from Canada declined 13.3 percent year-over-year, it still totaled more than 1.1 million people. Other top international markets include the United Kingdom (934,000), Brazil (736,000), Mexico (459,000) and Colombia (360,000).

Meetings business grew 3.1 percent in 2025 to 5.8 million visitors. Ongoing investments in the convention center and airport are expected to draw more business in the coming years. A $560 million expansion at the Orange County Convention Center, which is scheduled to open in 2029, will add 44,000 square feet of additional meeting space. Meanwhile, Orlando International Airport is investing $5.9 billion in a modernization project that is expected to debut in 2030.
