The Four Seasons I, the luxury hospitality brand's first ship, made its maiden voyage on March 20. The upscale vessel from Four Seasons Yachts has 95 guest cabins, many outfitted with expansive terraces and plunge pools.
Among the ship’s
11 dining outlets and lounges is Sedna, the fine-dining eatery that has a
chef-in-residence series featuring guests from Michelin-starred Four Seasons restaurants.
Amenities on board the Four Seasons I include the L’Oceana Spa, which offers a hammam, cryotherapy, hydrotherapy, and recovery
treatments designed to support restoration and longevity.
For its
inaugural season, the vessel will offer Mediterranean itineraries with stops at such ports as Saint-Tropez, France; Bodrum, Turkey; Montenegro; the Greek Isles; and the Croatian coast.
Remarking on
the cruise brand’s debut, Ben Trodd, CEO, Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, joint
owner/operator of Four Seasons Yachts, said, “Today’s luxury traveler values
time, trust and authenticity above all. With the confidence our guests place
in Four Seasons comes an equally high expectation for excellence. We answer that call by combining our global standard for luxury
hospitality with renowned maritime leadership, inviting our guests to explore
the world from an entirely new vantage point."
"Four Seasons Yachts debuts on the same day that the very first Four Seasons hotel opened, 65 years ago, making this milestone even more meaningful as we celebrate the history of our company, while looking forward to the bright future ahead," said Alejandro Reynal, president and CEO of the hospitality brand. "Four Seasons Yachts is a continuation of the pioneering ambition on which Four Seasons was built, and will reflect the same genuine care, service excellence and exceptional moments we create for guests on land. We are proud to introduce a new expression of our brand at sea, opening an entirely new horizon for our guests."
The Four Seasons II will debut in 2027.
