HPN Global won the 2023 Motivation Masters Award for Best Employee Incentive Program.
Incentive once again will honor the best of the best incentive and recognition programs with its 17th annual Motivation Masters Awards. We’re looking for programs that demonstrate a combination of outstanding creative program design, innovative motivation strategies, professional acumen, and strong, demonstrable results. Winners will be selected by Northstar Meetings Group's editorial team.
The four award categories are best employee program, best channel program, best recognition program and best reward-travel experience. Below are the entry rules and our streamlined submission form. Please note, we must receive all entries by Monday, July 1.

Eligibility
Any incentive professional, third-party firm or supplier may enter. To be eligible, your plan must have been running between Jan. 1, 2023, and June 30, 2024; entries must demonstrate quantifiable results of the program to be considered for these awards.
Documentation
If your program is selected as a finalist, you will be asked to submit supporting material, such as program promotional items and event images. You must agree that all program information — including the client's name — has been vetted and approved by the program sponsor/client.
