More than $9 billion in development is reshaping Omaha and the attendee experience. The expanding CHI Health Center Omaha will offer 420,000 square feet of space by 2027. Travel gets even easier with a $950 million airport terminal modernization and a free 3-mile streetcar line connecting downtown to midtown, both arriving in 2028.

The downtown convention district features more than 3,600 hotel rooms, over 90 dining options, The RiverFront parks and Kiewit Luminarium. Cultural highlights include the expanded Joslyn Art Museum, The Durham Museum and Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium.
