Four incentive firms -- Incentive Solutions, Hawk Incentives, Agencia Digi and HMI Performance Incentives -- have been recognized with the Incentive Marketing Association's Circle of Excellence Awards. The recipients were lauded for their outstanding non-cash incentive programs during IMA's annual summit, which was held July 23-26 in Chicago.
"The IMA Circle of Excellence Awards are where you can see theory and practice come together with compelling stories of business improvement resulting from more engaged employees, increased product sales and expanded dealer sales," said Mike Landry, CPIM, vice president special markets, Tumi, and IMA Circle of Excellence chair. "IMA members are leaders in applying best practices, innovative ideas and the latest technology to help companies implement efficient, effective reward and recognition programs that make people feel valued and appreciated."
Incentive Solutions, winner for the Circle of Excellence sales incentive category, was lauded for the program it created for client Michelin North America's small fleet/small dealer segment. The incentive firm was cited for updating Michelin's rewards program to create better synergy with its target audience, increase engagement for sales support, gain support from independent owners, establish a mass-communication platform and add the ability to customize promotions. The goals were achieved via digital communications, in-house dealer training, and promotion at national and regional sales meetings.
Hawk Incentives and wellness reward firm GoPivot won in the Circle of Excellence's employee incentive category for a driver-safety program they created for Kehe Distributors. The winning program, aimed at the food distributor's truck drivers, saw a 100 percent participation rate with a 13 percent decrease in accidents and incidents as well as a 15 percent decrease in unsafe driving behaviors.
For its winning program in the dealer/distributor incentive category, Agencia Digi created a program to boost sales of Coca Cola Brazil's non-carbonated drinks. The "Champion's Catch" program increased the sales teams' active engagement in online training by 50 percent and boosted sales by 20 percent.
The winner of the innovation category, HIM Performance Incentives, was tasked with recruiting, engaging and gathering data from licensed roofing contractors for Polyglass USA. The program doubled the number of targeted and enrolled participants, and garnered 15 times the amount of collected participant data.
