Recognition Professionals International Joins the Incentive Marketing Association

RPI is now a strategic industry group within the IMA.

Recognition Professionals International has joined the Incentive Marketing Association as one of the latter organization's Strategic Industry Groups. The two affiliated associations have been collaborating closely since signing an affiliation agreement in March 2021.

"This is an exciting time for both RPI and IMA. Since our missions, goals, and focus are well aligned, we felt both organizations would be strengthened by working together," said David Klein, senior director, talent, at Spirit Airlines, and president of RPI.

Klein noted that the move will allow RPI to "invest more in enhancing and upgrading our offerings to ensure we deliver best-in-class content and value to our business partners and members; RPI will also benefit from IMA corporate outreach and draw in additional membership which will increase networks and exposure for our members."

In a statement about the joint venture, Bill Martocci, CPIM, president, Carlisle Sales & Marketing and IMA president, said "Recognition is such a large piece of the incentive market; it makes savvy business sense to be aligned with this group of professionals who are involved daily in the practice and measurement of the programs so many of us work on."
