Peter Perez

Marketing Director, Evos Esports Arena

Peter Perez is a U.S. Army veteran with diverse alliances in esports and private equity. In 2013, he began his career as a producer for DOTA2 competitions in central Texas with MOBA Esports Gaming and Austin Dota 2. In 2016, Perez was hand-picked by esports powerhouse DreamHack to galvanize marketing efforts in Texas. He directly impacted growth in ticket sales for DreamHack Austin, Atlanta and Denver events in 2017. More importantly, he played a significant role in growing attendance numbers for DreamHack Austin from 22,000 in 2017 to nearly 30,000 attendees in 2018. In addition to marketing, he attends esports business summits to educate destinations on the economic impact of esports and how these events begin at the grass-roots level. Currently, Perez is the marketing director for Evos Esports Arena and managing member of a new convention series titled “Upload–Amatuer Esports Combine.”
