Speaker Selection
Invited speakers are carefully selected to engage and inform an event audience ranging from 100 to 350 high-level decision-makers in the meetings, travel and hospitality industry. Speakers typically deliver a 45-minute engaging presentation or lead
an interactive workshop. Sessions include Q&A and offer clear learner outcomes.

How to participate
Interested presenters should submit proposals to the NMG Speaker Portal.
Be prepared to provide:
- A brief bio and headshot
- A description of your area(s) of expertise
- Proposed session topic(s) targeted to high-level meeting planners and suppliers
- A sizzle reel or video link from prior presentation(s)
- Your location or from where you typically travel
- Specific NMG event(s) of interest
- Required honorarium, if applicable
