and contracting. Currently, she serves as immediate past chair of the board of the Incentive Research Foundation. She is also a board member of the Incentive Federation, has served on the executive committee of the board of the Incentive Marketing
Association and as past president of the recognition council, among other industry roles.

Ashley Bohnenkamp
Senior Manager, Event Solutions, ITA Group
Ashley Bohnenkamp, senior manager for the event solution line at ITA Group has extensive experience in event trends and solution design. She has been a pivotal force in crafting and implementing innovative strategies for ITA Group's clients. Her expertise
in client business strategy, personalization, behavioral science, and experience design has empowered numerous clients to reach their objectives. Beyond her professional realm, Bohnenkamp is passionate about cooking, gardening, design, traveling and

Drew Hirsty
Director of Marketing, Penn Global
Drew Hirsty began his 40-year career at Penn Global with roles in sales, training and management, where he helped shape the company’s life, accident, and health insurance sectors. He transitioned into the firm’s marketing department, where he oversees brand stewardship and supports a network of approximately 250 insurance agents. His involvement in incentive travel and training programs has deepened his engagement with the meetings and Society for Incentive Travel Excellence communities.
