This session takes a more interactive approach to the typical panel discussion, as a series of industry leaders offers a brief pitch about a major disruptor in incentive and motivation programs today. Attendees can choose which thought leader to join in a deep-dive discussion of that given topic, after which the whole audience will regroup and the leaders will share the key takeaways, solutions and ideas discussed.
