The Inns of Aurora unveiled Zabriskie House in January 2020, following an extensive renovation from a circa-1900s home. A serene blue and green color palette reflects
tranquil Cayuga Lake, and handsome décor is enhanced with 49 pieces of exceptional original art. A double parlor offers cozy fireplaces, a 14-person dining room features bespoke furniture and a grand three-story staircase leads to 11 elegant guest
rooms. The noteworthy design, finished with distinguished art and antiques, solidifies the property as a premier luxury destination.
The Notary Hotel, an Autograph Collection hotel, opened its doors in July 2019 in Philadelphia’s historic Penn Square. Located in the former City Hall Annex — a place where big moments (marriages, business ventures) were notarized — and just steps from the Philadelphia Convention Center and Reading Terminal Market, the 499-room property encapsulates 1920s-era grandeur and draws on the building’s civic roots.
Formerly the Montauk Yacht Club, Gurney’s Star Island debuted in May 2019 as a premier hotel destination for summer getaways and private events in Long Island, New York. The property features 107 expansive guest rooms, including a Villa Waterview Suite on the Great Lawn. The resort offers the most expansive marina in one of the country’s best-known boating and yachting destinations.
SOUTHEAST

In December 2019, following a multimillion-dollar renovation, The Reach re-emerged as Hilton's first Curio property in the ever-popular destination of Key West. The renovation — which was influenced by Key West's rich culture, history, art and cuisine — thoughtfully channels the unique spirit of the island.
Positioned on Key West's only natural-sand beach, the ocean seemingly flows throughout the entire resort. Keeping its original name referencing the nautical term "reaching," a relaxed point of sail, the hotel's marine-inspired elements were designed to embrace the island's natural beauty.
Each of the resort's rooms boasts a balcony, punches of teal, a whale-shaped driftwood print above each bed, genuine shell-stone tabletops and more. And with over 4,000 square feet of indoor event space, the ocean serves as the backdrop to each meeting venue.
Part of its recent $1.5 billion resort-wide expansion, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood increased its meeting and convention space by nearly five times its original footprint to a total of 120,000 square feet. The expansion also includes two new hotel towers, a 42,000-square-foot Rock Spa & Salon and a 13.5-acre pool and lagoon experience with overwater cabanas.
The $700 million expansion of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa includes a new 14-story hotel tower with an additional 562 rooms and suites, three lavish pools and a 26,000-square-foot Rock Spa with 13 treatment rooms. The recently completed 223,900-square-foot casino is one of America's largest. The Hard Rock Event Center features 30,000 square feet of flexible space for concerts, conventions, trade shows and private gatherings.
JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa is a 300-acre tropical oasis in the heart of Aventura, Florida. The resort completed a $265 million renovation including the brand-new Tidal Cove waterpark; the 16-story Orchid Tower, which doubled the resort's occupancy; a renovated entrance and lobby; and 80,000 square feet of expanded meeting space.
In 2019 Kimpton EPIC completed renovations of its guest rooms and suites; lobby and pool area; and meeting spaces, revamping the hotel while maintaining its sophistication and high-end feel. The finishes, furniture and amenities are elegantly minimal with an organic sensibility. The design celebrates the thriving Miami art scene while paying homage to Miami's vibrant culture.
MIDWEST

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is an award-winning AAA Four Diamond resort set on 1,300 acres in the legendary community of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired property features 355 guest rooms and 29 upscale villas. The resort also boasts a state-of-the-art spa and salon; a ski and snowboarding hill; award-winning golf; The Adventure Center, offering an array of outdoor activities; multiple restaurants; and Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, a family-friendly destination.
In 2019 the resort completed the renovation of its largest conference venue, the Forum Convention Center. A space adaptable to almost any event or need, this newly upgraded convention center features its own private entrance and outdoor patio, more than 13,000 square feet of usable space and seating for up to 1,800 people.
Chicago Marriott Schaumburg unveiled a $22 million renovation, distinctly enhancing its guest experience from check-in to check-out. Updates include reimagined meeting spaces and a transformed lobby with a Great Room, featuring more than 300 seats and a refreshed full-service bar and restaurant.

SOUTHWEST

The Broadmoor welcomes guests to a legendary Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond Colorado resort with impeccable service and distinctive amenities. Here, the spirit of the West inspires the adventurer within, providing visitors endless opportunities to explore the picturesque mountains, streams and canyons that have inspired generations.
In early 2020, The Broadmoor unveiled its new 125,000-square-foot venue, a newly constructed exhibit hall accommodating trade shows and other larger meetings and events. Striking features of the new facility include a 4,000-square-foot grand foyer with large windows looking out to the mountains, and an exhibit hall with its polished concrete floors and 25-foot-high ceilings. The addition of this new exhibition space brings The Broadmoor to over 315,000 square feet of flexible, functional meeting space ideal for groups of all sizes.
Park Hyatt Beaver Creek has recently undergone a complete overhaul of its lobby to welcome guests with a fresh, modern alpine feel. Visitors are immediately welcomed by a sculptural, interactive installation. The reception desk was relocated to provide a more intimate, personal experience. In addition, the lobby bar, Brass Bear Bar, was centralized to enhance the views of Beaver Creek Resort.
The brand-new Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado invites guests to find sanctuary just minutes from Denver International Airport. In collaboration with Chapi Chapo Design, The St. Regis San Francisco reimagined luxury, comfort and innovation in its 260 guest rooms and suites. While remaining dedicated to upholding the St. Regis' high standards and rich heritage, the San Francisco hotel is equally committed to meeting the evolving needs of modern travelers.
The redesign also focused on enhancing the hotel's 15,000 square feet of meeting and event spaces, creating refined, comfortable and avant-garde areas designed to facilitate conversation and collaboration. The new custom carpet in the ballroom features a modern, earthy abstract pattern with unexpected bursts of color that complement the room's magnificent chandelier.
The Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond Park Hyatt Aviara Resort, Golf Club & Spa is undergoing a $50 million resort-wide transformation. The expansive redesign introduces reimagined guest rooms and suites, upgraded meetings and event spaces, new restaurant and bar concepts, as well as enhancements to the resort's grand lobby entrance, renowned spa, fitness center and two pools.
San Francisco Marriott Marquis recently underwent a property-wide renovation inspired by San Francisco's rolling hills and the spirit of the city. Inclines and platforms creating gradual height changes are throughout the hotel and are complemented with white and gray finishes, abundant textures and vibrant colors.The hotel refreshed its 1,500 guest rooms and suites, lobby and 65 meeting and event spaces.

Nestled on a sandy strip between the Sierra Madre Mountains and Banderas Bay, Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa offers a fully reimagined beachfront retreat with 433 Jalisco-inspired rooms and suites, a dynamic mix of indoor and outdoor restaurant concepts, a spectacular pool-scape and the destination's most expansive spa.
Led by G+G Interior Design, a Mexico City-based company, the designers drew their inspiration from the Jalisco region, with guest room interiors celebrating and paying homage to the natural elements that embrace Mexico's Pacific coast. A full renovation of the lobby entrance, now with an open-air layout, features brightly colored contemporary furniture and swinging pods, as well as an ice cream parlor. The new raised pool deck area with cocoon daybeds includes the addition of 700 new lounge chairs surrounding the infinity pool.
Shangri-La's Fijian Resort & Spa, Yanuca Island, unveiled a $50 million renovation of its guest rooms, new beach-side villas, an adults-only wing with restaurant and infinity pool, restaurants, family and leisure facilities, spa and more. Unique to Fiji, three large indoor meeting spaces and a variety of indoor and outdoor breakout spaces can be reserved for exclusive use.
Constantly evolving, Atlantis, Paradise Island offers unique outdoor event spaces surrounded by marine life and lush landscapes. Over the past two years, Atlantis has opened five new restaurants, successfully renovated The Coral and The Reef guest towers and made significant enhancements to The Cove. Renovations to The Royal, the resort's majestic icon, began in August 2019, and the East Tower will be finalized this year.
