Small & Boutique Meetings – Annapolis
The second Small & Boutique Meetings event of 2026 will take place July 8-10 at Maryland's Historic Inns of Annapolis. Planners sourcing meetings with 100 room nights or fewer on peak are invited to apply. This year's first Small & Boutique Meetings is being held May 28-30 in Anchorage, Alaska.
Destination East
Event professionals will gather July 29-31 at the Windrose on Hudson in Ossining, N.Y., for Destination East. Hosted buyers will meet with hotels, DMOs and technology providers from across the East Coast, including Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Virginia. The agenda also presents two education sessions, plus networking receptions and activities on and off the river.
Destination Caribbean & Islands
Destination Caribbean & Islands is happening Aug. 2-5 at the Dominican Republic's Zemi Miches Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort. The event is designed for meeting and incentive professionals looking to book business in the Caribbean and nearby islands. Over the course of four days, attendees will participate in a site inspection of the resort, one-on-one appointments and excursions that highlight Punta Cana's offerings for incentive groups.
Small & Boutique Meetings – Point Clear
Another Small & Boutique Meetings is being hosted Aug. 5-7 at The Grand Hotel in Point Clear, Ala. The event will connect planners with destinations, hotels and other suppliers that are ready to welcome smaller-sized meetings. The Grand Hotel previously welcomed Northstar's Destination Southeast in 2024.
Destination Southeast
Destination Southeast returns to South Florida Aug. 9-11, this time at the brand-new, 801-room Omni Fort Lauderdale. Suppliers from across the region will be in attendance, including Georgia, Tennessee and the Carolinas. The Omni opened in late 2025 and offers 120,000 square feet of meeting space.
Destination California
Northstar's summer events culminate with Destination California Aug. 30-Sept. 1 at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport in Burlingame, Calif. The gathering is designed to bring together meeting planners with representatives from hotels, CVBs and venues throughout the Golden State. Sponsors include The San Francisco Peninsula and Visit Newport Beach.
