As a third party planner, she has overseen all aspects of design, planning, and execution for her clients’ events, including on-site support that puts clients at ease from start to finish. To Kate, who received her Global MBA from Suffolk University in 2010, entrepreneurial thinking is a way of life. It means constantly evolving and innovating, and making change a tradition. The most recent opportunity for change that Kate is leading within her organization, HMI, and beyond is incorporating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives into group travel experiences as a way to give back and do well by doing good.

Her professional background began on the client side, where she learned the event business from the ground up while working at a leading fortune 500 company. From there, she took her experience as a client and transitioned to running multiple DMC locations in the mid-Atlantic. In 2013 she joined Hosts Global, where she more than doubled the size of the global alliance of DMCs and introduced best practices and standards across the membership. Marty was the 2018-2019 president of ADMEI and continues to be a thought leader in the hospitality industry's focus to drive emergency preparedness and GDPR preparation.

Ira is the president of Impact 4 Good, LLC, based in West Orange, New Jersey, which he founded over 16 years ago. The company creates interactive events for companies interested in corporate social responsibility. By creating two-hour teambuilding activities in a ballroom; Impact 4 Good is able to source local beneficiaries and enhance the event with a meaningful give-back program.  It’s affordable, effective and fits within most meeting agendas. The CSR programs have been managed within workplaces, ballrooms, cruise ships and internationally.
