Courtney Lohmann, CMP, SECP
Founder, Caretta Impact
Courtney Lohmann, CMP, is an award-winning leader, CSR and sustainability expert and sought after speaker. With more than 23 years in the events, hospitality and tourism industry, she took her adventurous spirit and poured it into becoming a sustainability and social responsibility expert. She is a Certified Sustainable Events Professional and served on the Events Industry Council’s Center for Sustainability and Social Impact Committee for six years (2015-2021), two years of which she was the committee chair. In 2023, she launched her own consulting agency, Caretta Impact, to help business owners and planners reach their sustainability and social impact goals.
Lohman has developed a new approach to understanding sustainability and implementation by using a long-standing tool, the design-thinking process. She has led companies and clients through the process to help them see how best they can align their business and/or event goals with sustainability and social impact goals. By blending them together, a seamless approach to change and impact can be achieved.
Marley Finnegan
Founder, Purpose Net Zero and Purpose Sustainability Strategy.
Marley Finnegan is the founder of sustainable event emissions technology, Purpose Net Zero + sustainable event consultancy Purpose Sustainability Strategy.
She has more than 17 of experience in large scale events, having worked with some of the nation’s highest performing event agencies.
With more than 150 hours of sustainability certifications, Finnegan is a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional
and Certified Sustainable Event Professional by the Events Industry Council. She also studied and trained with the creator of MPI’s Sustainable Event Strategist Certification.
Having worked in all aspects of the event life cycle, she’s intimately
familiar with each step of the process and views it through an emissions-mitigating lens. She is sought after to speak about sustainability and has been featured for her expertise by a number of industry associations and publications.
Jaime Nack

Jaime Nack is the President of Three Squares Inc., an award-winning sustainability and ESG consulting firm. Having worked on all seven continents (including Antarctica), TSI is a global leader in developing and implementing sustainability strategies for
complex, high-profile projects involving governments, corporations, investors and industry groups. TSI also delivers ESG advisory services at the board level and complete strategy services at the organizational level, guiding clients through industry
disclosures and frameworks. TSI carries a robust client roster and has enjoyed working with organizations including ESPN, Honda, HP, Disney, LVMH, United Airlines and more.
In 2011, Nack was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic
Forum. She also received an appointment under the Obama administration to serve on the National Women’s Business Council, an advisory council to the President and the federal government on economic issues of importance to women business owners. Nack
speaks to audiences around the world about the business case for sustainability and its impact on the future of the global marketplace. She proudly serves as one of former Vice President Al Gore’s presenters for The Climate Reality Project.
