Michael writes, edits, photographs, interviews, moderates and otherwise develops content for Northstar Meetings Group's acclaimed brands. In addition to his strategic role in the group’s overall content approach, he oversees technology coverage across NMG’s publications and digital products. Among his other fields of expertise are the hotel, airline and business-travel industries, as well as Latin American destinations. Before joining Northstar more than a decade ago, Michael wrote about digital photography, travel, tech, movies and more. A native of Pittsburgh, he studied mass communications with a focus on film and television at Pennsylvania State University. After heading up Northstar’s Guadalajara, Mexico, bureau for more than 10 years, he is adjusting to Midwest living in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
