Carvie Gillikin brings 30 years of experience in the hospitality and events industry to his role as president & CEO of event firm MGME. After starting his career in the hotel industry, where he worked for brands including Sheraton, Westin, and W Hotels, he joined the events industry. Gillikin joined MGME in 2007 as director of sales and marketing, becoming company’s vice president/partner before moving up to his current role as president and CEO.

Mike Zollars
Vice President, Global Accounts, HPN Global
Mike Zollars is vice president, global accounts, at HPN Global. Prior to joining the site-selection and venue-sourcing firm, he spent more than 17 years in leadership roles at hospitality brands including Ritz-Carlton, Omni and Hyatt. His experience gives him a deep, operational understanding of both hotel management and third-party meetings management.
