Hilton Hotels & Resorts today announced that it has introduced a new line of luxury bath amenities across its entire worldwide collection.
Designed especially for Hilton Worldwide’s flagship brand, the Peter Thomas Roth Mega-Rich line of body and hair care products were created with the needs of hospitality brand that will place them in more than 540 properties in 82 countries in mind.
“We are in the experience business, and our goal every day is to surprise and delight our guests,” says Dave Horton, global head, Hilton Hotels & Resorts. “When they arrive and see the Peter Thomas Roth products it’s a nice touch. It’s a way to define our brand and what we are all about.”
Horton then described the Peter Thomas Roth Mega-Rich line as “modern, approachable, results-oriented, and very easy to use, that both men and women will enjoy.”
Early indications are that the new line is proving very popular with guests at the 300 properties that have already rolled them out, Horton says, noting that he’s heard anecdotally that guests are taking the unused products with them when the leave. Making a motion of sweeping the bottles into a bag with his arm, he adds, “that’s a good sign.”
The line includes six Mega-Rich products: shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, and the Moisture Infusion Facial Bar and Massage Bar For Bath, with a beaded shape on one face.
Roth described creating the line as a “huge challenge,” noting that with the Hilton brand’s global reach it has to work well on all types of skin and hair in virtually every climate. As a result he concentrated on healthy skin and hair, using various combinations of vitamins A,B, C, and E, as well as shea butter in the bars. “Hilton guests are getting real products that can make a difference in their skin and hair,” Roth says.
They are currently available exclusively at Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties, and via HiltontoHome.com Hilton Hotels & Resorts’ retail site, and will debut in the consumer market this fall. The full, 8.5-ounce Mega-Rich Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion and Body Wash retail on the website for $18, while the Moisture Infusion Facial Bars are $17 for a set of six, and the Massage Bars For Bath $15 for a set of five.
