Hoxton Hotel Vienna
Opened: April
The Hoxton Hotel Vienna opened this spring in the former headquarters of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce. The 196-room property has a basement speakeasy, a rooftop terrace with a pool and five meeting rooms totaling 5,600 square feet.

Thompson Vienna
Opening: Late 2024
The third hotel in the Hyatt portfolio in the Austrian capital, the Thompson Vienna will debut late this year with 148 rooms. Event space is to be determined. The property will be part of a mixed-use development where guests can explore entertainment venues, dining options and a high-end department store.
Brazil
Yoo2 Rio de Janeiro, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
Opened: July
Marking Hilton's 20th hotel in Brazil and Tapestry's first property in Rio de Janeiro, Yoo2 is now open in the city's vibrant Botafogo neighborhood. The hotel has 135 rooms, 3,455 square feet of event venues, and views of the Sugar Loaf Mountains and Christ the Redeemer. Expanding rapidly within the Latin American market, Hilton plans to introduce two new brands to the region in the coming years.
Cayman Islands

The Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman began welcoming guests to the island in May. The 282-room property has more than 11,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 6,700-square-foot ballroom, an outdoor patio and a pool deck. An on-site food hall consists of four restaurants, such as Catalina, serving seafood and vegetarian dishes; and Rasa, which will change its menu every few months to highlight different cuisines, from Peruvian to Polynesian.
China

Conrad Chongqing
Opened: August
The 275-room Conrad Chongqing was unveiled over the summer in the Nan'an District, near the International Exhibition Center. The property features three dining outlets, an indoor pool with views of the Chongqing skyline and more than 21,000 square feet of meeting space, including an 8,600-square-foot outdoor garden.
Finland
Hotel Maria
Opened: June
In the heart of Helsinki, Hotel Maria completed its final stage of opening this June, doubling the room count to 117 and bringing the amount of function space to more than 3,300 square feet. Dining options include French cuisine at Lilja, casual fare at Garden Terrace and seasonal cocktails at Bar Maria. Experience authentic Nordic wellness at the spa, featuring a traditional Finnish sauna, several treatment rooms, and a series of hot tubs and plunge pools.
France

Maison Albar – Le Victoria

Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the Maison Albar has recently been unveiled in Nice. The hotel provides 132 rooms, as well as a rooftop pool and restaurant. On the ground floor, guests can explore the shops in the nearly 60,000-square-foot shopping gallery.

The inaugural InterContinental Hotels and Resorts property in the Greek islands began welcoming guests this summer. Among the amenities are two outdoor infinity pools overlooking Mirabello Bay, three Mediterranean restaurants and a nature-inspired wellness center. InterContinental Crete features 199 rooms and nearly 3,500 square feet of function space.

Transformed from an historical 19th-century mansion, the Kimpton BEM Budapest is on the Buda side of the Danube River. The hotel offers 127 rooms, more than 1,500 square feet of event space, a signature Mediterranean restaurant, and a rooftop bar and garden.
Kenya
Glee Hotel
Opened: April
Spanning 8 acres in Nairobi, the Glee Hotel debuted this spring. The property in the capital of Kenya consists of 211 rooms, two ballrooms, nine meeting spaces and an outdoor garden that can host up to 1,000 people. The Glee Hotel also features six restaurants and a nightclub.

JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi
Opened: May
JW Marriott has unveiled its second property in Kenya. The hotel features 315 rooms, five dining outlets and eight event venues, totaling more than 18,000 square feet. Mr. Pang Sky Bar and Lounge is scheduled to open later this year on the 31st floor with an indoor lounge, an outdoor terrace and two private dining spaces.
Malta

ME Malta
Opened: November
The ME by Meliá brand added the coastal town of St. Julian's to its portfolio with the ME Malta. Among the amenities at the 140-room property are nearly 4,000 square feet of event space and a rooftop bar with views of both the island and Mediterranean Sea.
Mexico

Banyan Tree Veya, Valle de Guadalupe
Opened: May
The Banyan Tree Veya, Valle de Guadalupe, opened in Mexico's wine country this spring, marking the wellness-focused brand's first resort in the Americas and the second in the world. The 16-acre property features 30 villas, each with a private plunge pool. With an emphasis on well-being, the Banyan Tree Veya offers desert spring hydrotherapy, cryotherapy tubs, traditional Temazcal ceremonies and contemplation spaces.

The newest Four Seasons Resort and Residences began welcoming guests to Cabo San Lucas on May 1. Overlooking the Sea of Cortez, the property offers 96 rooms, nearly 20,000 square feet of meeting space, an onsite art studio and access to the award-winning Cabo Del Sol golf course. Guests can dine and drink at three restaurants and five bars, such as the Peruvian-inspired Cayao and oceanfront rooftop lounge Sora.

Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos

The adults-only Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos began welcoming guests at the beginning of the year. The all-inclusive property has 79 suites, many with private terraces and plunge pools, and more than 11,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space. In addition to the on-site dining options, guests at the boutique hotel also have access to the restaurants at nearby sister property Grand Velas Los Cabos.
Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres
Opened: February
The 507-room Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres began welcoming guests to the Mexican Caribbean last month. Among the amenities at the adults-only resort are nine dining establishments, eight bars and lounges, four pools, and more than 9,000 square feet of event space, including 11 outdoor venues. Opening in three phases, the spa, fitness center and theater are expected to be fully operational by June.

The brand's first all-inclusive property, the SLS Playa Mujeres has debuted on the Yucatan Peninsula. With 498 rooms and nearly 23,000 square feet of meeting rooms, the resort features 18 dining establishments for guests. The opening also marks the introduction of SLS Elite, a selection of rooms with benefits, such as private-lounge access, preferred restaurant reservations and entry to an exclusive beach.
Tropicana Los Cabos

The 68-room Tropicana Los Cabos was unveiled this August, bringing 8,350 square feet of conference venues to San Jose del Cabo. Available to guests are boating and whale-watching excursions, Latin dance classes, and culinary workshops to learn how to make ceviche, tortillas, salsa and more.

Mandarin Oriental's first property in the Sultanate of Oman is now open. Overlooking the Arabian Sea, the 150-room resort provides 21,500 square feet of indoor conference space, plus 3,600 square feet outside. Authentic Omani experiences include a tour of Birkat Al Mauz, a UNESCO Heritage Site; a visit to the Bimmah Sinkhole; and a camelback journey through Wahiba Sands.
Portugal
ME Lisbon
Opening: December 2024
ME by Meliá is coming to Lisbon at the end of the year, bringing 213 rooms and more than 6,400 square feet of event space to the Portuguese capital. Other plans for the property include a rooftop bar overlooking the city, a fitness center and a spa.
Viceroy at Ombria Algarve
Opened: October
The Viceroy at Ombria Algarve was unveiled last month with 141 rooms and more than 7,300 square feet of meeting space. To experience the region authentically, local families lead guest experiences, such as a beekeeping tour, wine and olive oil tastings, and pottery classes. The resort also offers six dining outlets and four swimming pools.
Singapore

Conrad Singapore Orchard
Opened: January
Formerly the Regent Singapore, the Conrad Singapore Orchard began welcoming guests in early January, marking the second Conrad property in the city-state. The hotel has 445 rooms and 14 venues totaling more than 16,000 square feet of event space. There are 10 on-site restaurants and bars, including Michelin-starred Summer Palace, which serves Cantonese cuisine.
South Korea
La Vie D'or Hotel and Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
Opened: August
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brought its Trademark Collection to South Korea over the summer. Equipped with 190 rooms and 20,935 square feet of event space for groups, the property also offers a nine-hole golf course, saunas, and food-and-beverage outlets serving an array of international cuisines.

Tembo Barcelona
Opened: April
The Tembo Barcelona was unveiled in April with 280 rooms and more than 12,000 square feet of event space, including 13 meeting rooms and a 4,000-square-foot ballroom. Three food-and-beverage outlets, a gym and an infinity swimming pool overlooking the city are among the property's offerings.
St. Maarten
JW Marriott St. Maarten Beach Resort & Spa
Opened: March
The JW Marriott St. Maarten Beach Resort & Spa began welcoming visitors on March 7. The 200-room property has three restaurants, a pool and hot tub, and more than 11,000 square feet of meeting space.

Villa Dahlia

In the heart of Stockholm, Villa Dahlia has 103 rooms. Sister property to the city's Villa Dagmar and Hotel Diplomat, the hotel has a contemporary bistro, a courtyard with a cocktail bar, and a spa with saunas and a cold plunge pool.

Hilton Garden Inn Bangkok Riverside

The Hilton Garden Inn Bangkok Riverside debuted opposite Iconsiam, one of the city's mega-lifestyle malls. In addition to 241 rooms and more than 2,600 square feet of event space, the hotel features a restaurant, a fitness center and a ninth-floor outdoor pool.

In the capital of the Southeast Asian island country of Timor-Leste, the Hilton Dili Palm Springs will feature 150 rooms and eight event spaces, including a rooftop venue with mountain views. Additionally, the property will offer four dining options, a pool deck and a Pilates studio.

The Maxx Royal Bodrum began welcoming guests to the Mediterranean before the summer travel season kicked off.
