The 355-room Kimpton Tres Rios, the brand's first all-inclusive resort, has debuted in Mexico's Riviera Maya. Accommodations at the luxury property, which is within a 340-acre nature preserve in Playa del Carmen, range from mangrove-view rooms to multibedroom suites and a presidential suite.
Culinary offerings span five bars and seven restaurants, including Italian fare at Bacetto and Japanese cuisine at Kotori. Mediterranean restaurant Elaia and adults-only rooftop bar Nebbia are scheduled to open in early 2027.
The resort's 10,000-square-foot Kej Spa anchors its wellness program, pairing hydrotherapy, massage and beauty treatments with rituals inspired by Mayan traditions; a temazcal sweat lodge is part of the facility. The two-story fitness center offers cardio and weight training on the ground floor, with studios upstairs for cycling, yoga and stretching. Other amenities include four outdoor pools with cabanas and lounge chairs.

The resort offers a number of spaces for events, including 5,920-square-feet of indoor meeting space.
The Tres Rios nature park features rivers, mangroves, cenotes (natural sinkholes formed when limestone bedrock collapses, exposing crystal-clear groundwater underneath), and ecotrails. Guests can kayak, snorkel, take guided hikes, cycle, and experience wildlife in the protected landscape teeming with biodiversity.
