The winners of Society for Incentive Travel Excellence's Crystal Awards, which honor outstanding
global incentive programs, were revealed during a glittering gala ceremony at Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi. The event celebrates excellence in “creative,
practical and memorable incentive travel” and the teams create them. The awards were part of SITE’s annual conference, which took
place Feb. 12-15 at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal.
In congratulating the nine recipients, SITE CEO Annette Gregg
remarked that “each program reflects the skill, care and leadership that keeps
incentive travel evolving, from creative design and operational excellence to
measurable impact for people, businesses and destinations. These honors set a
clear standard for what best in class looks like in our industry.”

Rajeev Kohli, joint managing director at Creative Travel and
winner of the Par Excellence and Excellence in Incentive Travel, Asia Pacific
