Performance-improvement firm One10 has named Drew Carter as president
and CEO. He previously served as the company’s president of performance solutions, and was the founder and CEO of employee-engagement technology firm Whistle
Systems, which was acquired by One10 in 2025. Prior to launching Whistle Systems,
Carter oversaw incentive and loyalty platforms at Maritz, and was a cofounder of
AlixPartners Digital, a corporate technology advisory firm.
At the same time, Bob Miller, who has served as CEO of One10
since 2017, has transitioned to the role of vice president of the board. The
long-time incentive executive, who previously held positions at AIMIA,
Excellence in Motivation and the Carlson Marketing Group, will focus on strategic acquisitions, and key client
and supplier relationships.
In announcing the leadership changes, Miller said, "Over the
past several years, we’ve positioned One10 for its next chapter; we’ve
strengthened our capabilities, expanded strategically, and built meaningful
momentum heading into 2026. After conducting a national search process, we are
convinced that Drew Carter brings the strategic vision, operational discipline
and cultural alignment needed to lead One10 into its next phase of growth."
"I’m honored to build
on the strong foundation Bob and the team have created," said Carter. "One10’s
culture, client relationships and commitment to motivation science are
powerful differentiators. I look forward to leading the organization as we
continue to innovate and deliver measurable performance outcomes for our
clients."
