Incentive Marketing Association Reveals 2020-2021 Leadership

The Incentive Marketing Association has announced its new leadership for 2020-2021. Len Sadek, CPIM, director of gift card sales and marketing at Landry’s, Inc., will serve as the IMA board president.

Sadek has been involved in the gift card and loyalty industries for more than 15 years. He has served on the IMA board since 2015, and has chaired the Industry Education Task Force as well as the 2020 IMA Summit. He is also a longstanding member of the Incentive Gift Card Council, an IMA strategic industry group.

"The IMA will need to navigate through many changes in the coming months," said Sadek. "I am confident we can keep the IMA and its members strong by using all our talents to work together and support each other. At the same time, we will continue to build on the great work that has been done to strengthen alliances, collaborate across IMA strategic industry groups and grow our international chapters. We will remain focused on our mission to promote the use of incentives and recognition to improve business performance.”

The other IMA 2020-2021 officers are executive vice president Bill Martocci, CPIM, president of Carlisle Sales & Marketing, Inc.; vice president Fintan Connolly, chief revenue officer at Motisha; treasurer Jim Atten, vice president of business development at Wolfe, LLC; secretary Jeffrey Brenner, director of special markets at Seiko Watch of America, LLC; and immediate past president Don Killingback, director of business development at Incentivations.

Newly elected and re-elected board directors are David Boodey, CPIM, president of RepLink/The DataDirect Group; Brian Dodds, CRP, IP, vice president of sales at WorkStride; Peter Friend, founder and president of Global Hotel Card By Expedia; Tyler Gentry, senior business development executive at Blackhawk Network; David Gould, CPIM, CEO of CR Worldwide; and Marc Matthews, CPIM, president and CEO of Pulse Experiential Travel.

Returning and appointed board directors are Nancy Alderman, CPIM, associate director of TSYS Loyalty & Prepaid; Peter Cannon, president of Ticket Jones; Donna Chrobak, CPIM, vice president of sales and marketing at Sales & Marketing Management magazine; Brett Hauch, vice president of B.C.
