Tim Yount is USA Triathlon’s chief sport development officer. USA Triathlon’s longest-tenured employee having celebrated his 32nd year with the organization in August 2022, Yount has managed or been engaged with nearly every major program within the organization since joining the national office staff in 1989 as an intern.
