Paul Cataudella is a seasoned attorney and trusted legal advisor with extensive expertise in the meetings, incentive, conference and events industry. During the pandemic, Cataudella litigated a wave of event-related disputes stemming from cancellations and force majeure claims. He used those experiences to help reshape contract terms and risk mitigation strategies across the DMC sector, contributing to best practices that have since become industry standards. In addition to speaking to industry professionals throughout North America, he has served as an adjunct professor of law, where he drew on this extensive legal and industry experience to teach the next generation of attorneys.
