Natasha J. Silva MA, MA, BSc, is the Aruba Conservation Foundation’s chief conservation officer. In her role, she oversees ACF’s conservation, education, research, and consultancy departments. Silva previously worked for nature organizations including Natura Artis Magistra, International Zoo Educators Association, IVN Natuureducatie en Duurzaamheid, and Vogelpark Avifauna.

Nature and its conservation have been Silva’s passion from an early age and has become her life's mission. Her vision is for a nature-inclusive and nature-positive society, in which we innovatively integrate the wisdom of our ancestors for the preservation of Aruba’s unique ‘islandness’ for a viable, nature-based future.
