Melinda Huntley is executive director of the Ohio Travel Association and a passionate educator and industry advocate. She is the founder of the Ohio Tourism Leadership Academy, the first program of its kind in the nation and now replicated in at least 10 states. OTLA is a year-long experience that builds real-world advocacy, communication and collaboration skills to move the industry forward. In her role at the Ohio Travel Association, Melinda leads a team that pushes for smart policy, runs the state tourism conference and delivers professional development for every career stage. They also produce the Heartland Travel Showcase, a 14-state marketplace for group travel.
