With more than two decades of experience in both agency and in-house roles, Kate Cardoso is a corporate event planner who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity and execution. She has led all aspects of event planning for a diverse range of clients and industries. Her latest mission is championing the integration of corporate social responsibility into corporate meetings and incentive travel programs. In 2023, she founded Travel with Purpose Pact to help companies give back while bringing people together — designing CSR initiatives that uplift global communities and create shared value for hosts, attendees, and partners alike.
