The Meetings Show Asia Pacific, co-located with the Business Travel Show Asia Pacific, returns to Singapore on April 16-17, 2025, at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre. Together, these two powerhouse events will create the largest gathering of group travel professionals ever seen in the Asia Pacific region, drawing unprecedented interest from around the industry.

Building on the success of last year's inaugural show, several leading APAC destinations and hotel groups have renewed their commitments, with many exhibitors significantly increasing the size of their booths and expanding their hosted buyer meeting programs. Excitement is already building, with over 300 industry professionals having registered their interest in attending, highlighting the growing influence and value of the show.

The Meetings Show Asia Pacific is also pleased to announce the formation of its esteemed Advisory Board, comprised of top industry leaders from across the region and beyond. These experts will shape the event's content program, ensuring it remains at the forefront of innovation and relevance in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector:

The 2025 event will offer a comprehensive program including pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings, educational sessions led by industry experts, and exclusive networking opportunities. Topics to be explored include event design, technology, sustainability, wellness, and workforce management. The advisory board has provided strategic guidance to ensure the event addresses the evolving needs of the APAC MICE sector.

"After the incredible success of last year's show, we're seeing extraordinary momentum for 2025," said David Blansfield, executive vice president, Northstar Meetings Group. "The renewed commitment from our APAC partners, the increased exhibitor presence across the show floor, and the high demand from attendees is evidence of the growing opportunities in the MICE sector in Asia and the critical role The Meetings Show Asia Pacific plays in shaping the future of group travel and events in the region."

Registration is open and space remains available for new exhibitors. Interested participants are encouraged to register their interest now to secure access and the best available "real estate" on the show floor.
