Northstar Meetings Group's new hosted-buyer event, Luxury & Wellness Meetings, will be held Sept. 29 - Oct. 1, blending experiences and education to demonstrate two of the most prevalent trends in meeting design. Supported by Visit Newport Beach and the VEA Newport Beach, a Marriott Resort and Spa in California, the event is designed for planners who source programs at luxury venues and prioritize the well-being of participants.
Optional activities will include morning fitness classes, guided meditation, hiking at Crystal Cove, a visit to Roger's Gardens, a Newport Bay boat ride and a range of offerings in the event's custom-curated wellness suite. Ample breaks between supplier-buyer appointments will allow time for participants to network, tend to business or decompress.
