She began her career working in event management and creative proposal development for a Washington, D.C.-based DMC. Having experience in all aspects of the MICE industry — from full event management to sourcing, contract negotiation and budgeting — she has a complete understanding of what it takes for a program to be a success, no matter the size and scope.
