Nancy J. Zavada, CMP Fellow, is internationally recognized as a leader in the sustainable event field. She founded MeetGreen in 1994. Nancy’s extensive work with scientific and academic organizations earned
her a strong reputation for producing impeccable meetings throughout the world. A decade later, Nancy co-founded the Green Meeting Industry Council to serve
as a resource for hosting organizations.
Nancy also co-authored three books, blogs, webinars, and numerous articles to support fellow meeting professionals and host organizations plan their events more efficiently, saving money and the environment.
