New & Coming Soon to Atlanta

• The Signia by Hilton Atlanta opened in January 2024 on the Georgia World Congress Center's campus. The 976-room property offers more than 100,000 square feet of meeting space, including an outdoor event lawn and the largest ballroom in Georgia, the 40,259-square-foot Triumph Ballroom.

• The 218-room Hyatt Centric Buckhead debuted in mid-December 2021. The hotel has two restaurants, as well as more than 3,700 square feet of event space, including three meeting rooms, one social space and one boardroom. 

• The 200-room Dream Atlanta, Buckhead opened in 2021. Among the hotel's offerings are a spa and wellness facility; five dining and nightlife venues, including a 17,000-square-foot rooftop pool bar and lounge; and more than 5,000 square feet of meeting space. The dual-tower development also includes 80,000 square feet of office and retail space.

• The Georgia World Congress Center has completed a 100,000-square-foot expansion project. The addition of the new exhibit hall brings the venue's total exhibit space up to more than 1 million square feet.
