New & Coming Soon to Atlanta
• Construction has begun on the Signia by Hilton Atlanta hotel, which will sit on the Georgia World Congress Center's campus. The 1,000-room property is expected to open in late 2023.
• The 218-room Hyatt Centric Buckhead will debut in mid-December 2021. The hotel will have more than 3,700 square feet of event space, including three meeting rooms, one social space and one boardroom. Two restaurants are also expected.
• The new 200-room Dream Atlanta, Buckhead is expected to open soon. Among the hotel's offerings will be a spa and wellness facility; five dining and nightlife venues, including a 17,000-square-foot rooftop pool bar and lounge; and an as yet undetermined amount of meeting space. The dual-tower development also will include 80,000 square feet of office and retail space.
• The Georgia World Congress Center has completed a 100,000-square-foot expansion project. The addition of the new exhibit hall brings the venue's total exhibit space up to more than 1 million square feet.
