Royal Caribbean cruises are built for business. Each ship is equipped with unique event space and state-of-the-art conference facilities that can be customized to accommodate meetings ranging from an intimate gathering of 16 people up to larger events of 1,500.
The 26-ship fleet offers sailings to the Caribbean, Europe, Alaska, Australia, Asia and beyond. Clients can choose between shorter trips of two to five days, or longer stays of up to 14 nights. All ships are outfitted with 4G surf-and-stream capabilities, as well as everything needed to pull off a stellar event at sea, including A/V services, culinary options and planning support.
Celebrity Cruises has invested $500 million to modernize its entire fleet. Accommodations have been renovated and new restaurants and bars have been added, with mouthwatering menus crafted by Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud. Groups can gather in unbeatable meeting venues, such as Eden, an 11,800-square-foot event space that is completely wrapped in glass and features a living library of plants. Additional venues include the Rooftop Garden, Sky Observation Lounge and Magic Carpet, which spans 13 stories and includes a pool area, full bar and live music space.
