With a deep responsibility to the planet, the 7,167-room Venetian Resort Las Vegas continuously invests in programs and technologies that minimize its environmental impact via energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction and sustainable procurement. A cornerstone of this effort is a commitment to addressing food insecurity and waste: In partnership with The Just One Project, the resort launched the Food Rescue Alliance, a first-of-its-kind initiative in Las Vegas that was nationally recognized at a White House briefing as part of the Challenge to End Hunger. To date, the property has donated nearly 300,000 meals since the program’s inception.
In addition, the Venetian’s Green Meetings program features a number of resource conservation and waste diversion practices, all seamlessly integrated into events that include planner and attendee participation. These initiatives include upgrading 90 percent of all lighting to energy-efficient LEDs, donating unused event materials to local charities and using a state-of-the-art nanofiltration system to collect some 25 million gallons of groundwater from beneath The Palazzo to sustain the property’s horticulture, cooling towers and street cleaners.
Nestled within Ecuador’s Andean Chocó cloud forest with 24 guest accommodations, the Mashpi Lodge is more than a luxury retreat — the property serves as a biodiversity sanctuary and living laboratory, with the surrounding Mashpi Tayra Reserve protecting more than 7,400 acres of cloud forest. The lodge has restored nearly 3,000 additional acres through reforestation with native species. For gatherings of up to 30 people, the lodge offers an unparalleled setting for meetings, incentives and corporate experiences with purpose, where participants can connect with nature, strengthen human connections and actively engage in meaningful conservation and sustainability initiatives.

All guest accommodations feature organic linens and an overall biophilic design — an architectural approach that brings natural elements like plants, sunlight and wood into indoor spaces to improve well-being. On-site meeting space includes the sunlight-flooded, 3,080-square-foot Kolea room, which can accommodate up to 207 attendees.
Located on the remote and untouched island of South Caicos, the 100-room oceanfront Salter, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, features low-rise architecture, a full-service spa, pristine white-sand beaches and 8,400 square feet of event space. The resort co-founded the South Caicos Coral Reef Consortium in 2023, committing over $350,000 in direct grants to various conservation entities in an effort to restore and enlarge surrounding natural reef sites. Other efforts include sponsoring flamingo and egret research in tandem with the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds and helping to lead regular coastal cleanups to further protect the surrounding marine environment.
