The company redesigned its health and safety guide last winter in response to the Covid pandemic, and earlier this year created a popular Destination Discovery series for clients. In the last six months, CSI’s Northeast offices have supported each other and vendors during venue, supply and staff shortages, along the way managing to produce 163 elevated events ranging in size from 30 to 3,500 people.
SOUTHEAST
With its Southeast offices in Nashville, Orlando and South Florida, the team at CSI DMC has worked with clients around the world to redesign and deliver exceptional events in a reimagined landscape. In 2022 to date, the Southeast team has successfully produced 118 events ranging in size from 40 to 10,000 people.
For example, a first-time street festival for 5,000 people in January 2022 involved over 45 vendors and covered four blocks of Broadway in Nashville. This was in conjunction with five days of transportation services for 10,000 people, which involved 120 coaches and 160 staff. In addition to the above, the team delivered theming and décor for three lunches for over 5,000 people and numerous smaller programs. The whole program required extensive coordination for four months with city officials, stakeholders, vendors, the local CSI DMC team, and its leadership.
What could easily be a deathly boring event becomes tremendously exciting when organized by the team at 360 Destination Group. This gifted group can handle it all, including décor, entertainment, virtual and hybrid events, incentive trips, conventions and more, with five Southeast offices in Florida, including Miami, Orlando and Palm Beach/Fort Lauderdale.
