The hotel has also just completed a redesign of the Hemisphere Ballrooms at the Walt Disney World Dolphin. The more than 55,000-square-foot space has been renewed with new décor that makes the space truly remarkable.

Recently opened Rosa Mexicano offers a fresh take on authentic Mexican cuisine, serving both beloved classics and sophisticated dishes in a stylish and festive atmosphere. The menu features some of the restaurant’s award-winning margaritas, including
the Rosa Mexicano signature frozen pomegranate — named 'Best in New York City', and tableside guacamole made to order. Rosa Mexicano is located in the Walt Disney World Dolphin.
