In 2020, etc.venues, known for its collection of modern conference venues in the U.K., opened its second U.S. facility, 360 Madison, at that eponymous address in the heart of Midtown Manhattan and just minutes from Grand Central Station. The new center measures approximately 45,000 square feet of sleekly functional space across two interconnected floors, with 10 rooms and a total capacity of up to 312 people. But these statistics just tell part of the story of this engaging stage for conferences.
 
360 features best-in-class design and technology, including different options for hybrid meeting setups, with capabilities for video conferences of up to 50 participants, interactive quizzes, polls and downloadable slide decks. The in-houses Green Screen Studio offers eye-opening backdrops to place any gathering virtually anywhere in the world. All rooms have sound-proofed walls to ensure no distractions for presenters or in-room attendees, and staging is available for up to 10 people and can accommodate a range of seated or standing formats. On-site catering is available.

Keep Memory Alive Event Center

Designed by world-renowned architect Frank Gehry, which means it has to be seen to be believed, the Keep Memory Alive Event Center is a 9,800-square-foot blank canvas for event planners nestled into Symphony Park in downtown Las Vegas. Accommodating up to 700 people for a reception or 450 for a dinner, the space can be transformed in myriad ways, with a 75-foot ceiling floating over an innovative LED light presentation that sets the walls ablaze with colored light to complement any color scheme. Attendees have use of the entire grounds, including the Gehry-designed gardens that can host up to 1,500. A nice extra: All proceeds benefit the Cleveland Clinic Nevada and the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.

Caesars Forum Conference Center Las Vegas

On the Las Vegas Strip and spanning a formidable 550,000 square feet, the Caesars Forum Conference Center is the newest addition to the Caesars Entertainment family. The venue’s 300,000 square feet of flexible meeting space and the two of largest pillarless ballrooms anywhere, each encompassing 110,000 square feet of space, have direct access to more than 8,500 hotel rooms at the connecting Harrah’s Las Vegas, the LINQ Hotel + Experience and the Flamingo Las Vegas hotels Also available are six beautifully appointed 1,250-square-foot boardrooms and the 100,000-square-foot Forum Plaza, ideal for breaks, receptions and special events. 

Finalist: Norris Conference Centers

A collection of five premier venues in Texas, the Norris Conference Centers are intended as a refreshing alternative to traditional hotel meeting space. At each venue — Austin, Dallas, Houston CityCentre, Houston Westchase and San Antonio — the Norris team works closely with planners to assure a seamless event. The centers offer on-site catering, ergonomic seating, full-spectrum lighting, soundproofed meeting rooms, day meeting packages and more in flexible spaces. The Austin center, for example, has eight meeting rooms ranging from 430 to 4,500 square feet, while the nine rooms in Dallas span 425 to 2,294 square feet.
