The 2024 Northstar Meetings Group/Meetingjobs-Cadre Salary Survey has reached a significant milestone in its 31-year history: For the first time, the average salary for meeting planners has surpassed $100,000, with average base pay at $101,727, up from $92,280 in 2022.
