According to this new First Look Research by Northstar Meetings Group, “Buying In: AI Adoption in Event Planning,” sponsored by Visit San Jose, event professionals are looking en masse for major productivity boosts from the technology. This report looks at who’s embracing it, how they’re using it and what concerns them most.

The findings are based on responses from 124 qualified meeting and event planners across all industry segments, from a survey conducted from Aug. 5 to Sept. 12, 2025, and its subsequent analysis.
