With more than 7,600 properties across 23 brands, Hilton's portfolio is extensive. While their hotels can be found in 126 different countries and territories, Nashville serves as a microcosm of the various offerings. A recent fam highlighted Hilton's latest and greatest in Music City, from new builds to completed renovations, as well as a sneak peek at what's in store for the hospitality giant. Here's what Hilton has to offer in Nashville.

The Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal takes the meaning of an airport hotel to new heights (pun intended). Having opened in February 2024, the property is one of the newest Nashville additions to the brand's portfolio. The 298-room hotel is connected to Nashville International Airport via a walkway, allowing travelers to get from baggage claim to the lobby in under five minutes without having to take a shuttle.
For groups, there are more than 23,000 square feet of meeting space named after famous aviators, like the Lindbergh, Earhart and Wright conference rooms. Thanks to soundproof windows, guests would never know they're staying next to the airport. The only spot where planes can be heard is the rooftop restaurant and pool deck, overlooking the runway to the east and downtown Nashville to the west.

The West meets the South at Hotel Fraye, which debuted in Midtown two years ago. Adorned with oversized antlers in the lobby and fringed cushions in guest rooms, the property features 200 rooms and nearly 5,300 square feet of event venues. The hotel itself is an homage to the suffragettes of the city, where the 19th Amendment was signed in 1920. These women are personified as "Lady Fraye" through artwork, diary entries and décor. Complementing the hotel's bold character is Eddie Ate Dynamite, a rooftop restaurant and bar with a Prohibition vibe, whose name is a nod to the strings on a guitar.

Across the street from the Music City Center, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown began welcoming guests in October 2022. The property exudes the essence of the city from top to bottom, with a mural of Dolly Parton, Elvis Presley and Bob Dylan at reception and live music at the rooftop bar. In between are 506 rooms and 32,000 square feet of function space. With a focus on sustainability, the LEED-certified hotel incorporates reclaimed wood, stone and iron, as well as a glass recycling program, the use of low-mercury lighting and reduced water use.
Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center
After opening in 2015, the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center completed a renovation in early 2023. One mile from the honky-tonks of Broadway, the hotel offers 214 rooms and six meeting rooms totaling more than 6,200 square feet. The property has three food-and-beverage outlets, the newest addition being lobby bar Purple Iris. There, guests can indulge in signature cocktails like a smoked old fashioned, or sample spirits with a tequila tasting.

The second Tempo by Hilton property opened this past February in Music City, with 306 rooms and 9,000 square feet of event venues, including the 638-square-foot Folklore boardroom, named after a Taylor Swift album. A majority of the rooms have king-sized beds and 22 are corner suites. In the Topgolf Swing Suite, guests can either use the simulator to improve their golf skills, or play games like zombie dodgeball. The hotel also is home to Nashville's first Bluestone Lane, an Australian-inspired café with locations in New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Houston and more.

Hilton's luxury Conrad brand made its Nashville debut in 2022. The property features 234 rooms and 20,000 square feet of function space, including a 4,000-square-foot outdoor event terrace. In Midtown Nashville, the hotel is removed from the hustle and bustle of honky-tonks and Broadway. Signature restaurant Blue Aster serves creative cocktails, fresh seafood and a variety of pasta dishes. Elevating the property even further is the art collection worth $1 million.

The focus of the last afternoon of the trip was a showcase featuring Hilton's comprehensive portfolio, from the legendary Waldorf Astoria brand to the newly acquired Graduate Hotels. The showcase also displayed some brands that have not yet opened, like LivSmart Studios, a studio apartment-style accommodation. Equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, two-burner cooktop, full-sized refrigerator and storage space, the rooms were designed with long-stay travelers in mind. Common areas include laundry rooms and outdoor areas with firepits and grills. The first properties are expected to launch this fall in Indiana, Louisiana and Texas.
For the outdoorsy type, Hilton now offers rentable Airstreams at select locations. Known as AutoCamp, the accommodations have a queen-sized bed, a pull-out bed, sitting area, kitchenette and bathroom. To enjoy the great outdoors, Airstreams also have a private patio with a fire pit and dining area. AutoCamps are currently available for rent in Cape Cod, Mass.; Joshua Tree, Calif.; Asheville, N.C.; and other popular camping destinations.
