Denū Hotel and Spa
Opening: September
The Denū Hotel and Spa will debut in downtown Phoenix next year near the convention center, PHX Arena and Chase Field. Translating to "valley of the sun," the Denū will have 236 rooms, including 15 suites and a presidential suite, as well as more than 22,000 square feet for groups. Other amenities include a rooftop bar and pool, a full-service spa, and multiple culinary offerings.

Opening: March
A 17-acre retreat in Northern California, Outbound Yosemite is scheduled to open in March just 15 miles from the National Park's south gate. The property will feature 104 cabins, 12 lodge rooms and 5,000 square feet of event venues, including a 300-person conference center. While not exploring the great outdoors, travelers can relax in the pool or the hot tub.
New York

Opening: Late 2026
What is currently the Dominick Hotel will be transformed into the Delano SoHo in Lower Manhattan. Rising 46 stories over the bustling streets of SoHo, the property will feature 390 rooms and suites, plus a rooftop pool deck with mesmerizing views of the Big Apple's skyline. Meeting space for the Delano is to be determined, but the Dominick has more than 22,000 square feet.
Utah

Opening: Q4 2026
Spanning 78 acres surrounded by 28 mineral-rich thermal hot springs, the Ameyalli Park City by Appellation will incorporate the healing properties of the land into its offerings. In collaboration with well-being guru Deepak Chopra, the 80-room property will provide a 50,000-square-foot wellness center, complete with an expansive spa, luxurious mineral pools and a holistic health program. A signature Charlie Palmer restaurant, along with other farm-to-table dining concepts, will focus on locally sourced ingredients. Event venues have not been announced yet.

Opening: Summer
An extreme makeover will turn their former 155-room Snake River Lodge and Spa into the Faraway Jackson Hole. While all the specs for the rebrand have yet to be determined, the design aims to create a luxurious sanctuary at the base of the mountain. Amenities anticipated for the revamped Teton Village resort include a signature restaurant and the Surehand cocktail club. There will be gathering spaces at the hotel, perhaps renovating the former property's 6,000 square feet of meeting space.

Cayman Islands

Opening: April
On the southern end of the famed Seven Mile Beach, the Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort and Spa is accepting reservations now for stays beginning April 1. The property will include 382 rooms, 42,000 square feet of meeting space and six food-and-beverage outlets. Twenty feet offshore, guests will be able to scuba dive down to the Wreck of the Gamma, a 100-foot vessel that sank during a storm in 1981 and now is home to coral and fish.
Greece

Opening: January
A long-awaited Conrad property will debut next year as part of the Ilisian, a multipurpose development that formerly housed the Hilton Athens. On top of 278 rooms and suites will be 18 Conrad residences, as well as 37 private residences under the Waldorf Astoria flag. The Ilisian also will offer a lifestyle members' club, retail outlets, a wellness center, nine restaurants and bars, and nearly 22,000 square feet of conference space.
India

Opening: April
The Den Bengaluru is expected to be unveiled in the southern Indian city next spring, marking Hilton's first LXR property in the country. The hotel's dining options will include Layla, a rooftop restaurant serving a fusion of Mediterranean cuisine with Indian spices; the Creek, open 24 hours a day with indoor and outdoor seating; and the Nest, a casual lounge with craft cocktails and pool tables. The blueprint for the resort also features 226 rooms and nearly 9,000 square feet of function space.
Mexico

Opening: Late 2026
The capital of Mexico will get its first Pendry property, scheduled to open at the end of next year with 114 keys and 20 residences. Guests will have access to a plethora of amenities, such as a rooftop pool, the Spa Pendry and a chef-driven alfresco restaurant. Planners can take advantage of more than 3,000 square feet of space for groups.

Opening: Spring
Next spring, the Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch will begin welcoming guests to one of the city's most iconic landmarks. Originally commissioned by King Edward VII in memory of Queen Victoria, the Admiralty Arch stands at the opposite end of the Mall from Buckingham Palace, offering views of the royal residence in one direction and Trafalgar Square in the other. Plans for the property call for 100 rooms and a ballroom that can accommodate up to 300 attendees.
