Meeting professionals looking for new properties to place their events have had plenty of options in 2025. Here are 42 hotels that have recently opened or are putting the final touches on décor and services as they prepare to welcome gatherings.

The Remi Scottsdale opened this summer with 161 rooms and suites and nearly 24,000 square feet of event areas. Known for its food-and-beverage program, the hotel's dining options range from F/Sixteen, a modern take on the classic American diner inspired by the F-16 fighter jet, to Kauboi, an upscale Japanese steakhouse serving sushi, small plates and wood-fired entrees. Kauboi's 9,575-square-foot terrace features private cabanas, a dedicated bar and a two-sided fireplace.

VAI Resort
Opening: Late 2025
This sprawling island-inspired oasis will be the largest hotel in the state when it debuts. The Glendale property will feature 1,100 rooms, suites and villas across four towers, as well as 90,000 square feet of indoor event space and an 11,000-seat amphitheater. Rounding out its amenities will be 11 signature restaurants, a 5-acre beach and swimming area, a luxury spa and a retail corridor. As part of its commitment to sustainability, the resort will partner with Chefs to End Hunger to redistribute excess food, and at least 75 percent of its seafood purchases will come from sustainable sources.

California

Appellation Healdsburg

The newest addition to Sonoma County is the Appellation Healdsburg, a 108-room boutique hotel with a focus on culinary experiences. Folia Bar and Kitchen, a 204-seat signature restaurant, serves fresh seafood and pasta, while the 89-seat Andys Beeline Rooftop offers garden-infused cocktails, local wines and views of the surrounding vineyards. The property provides 15,500 square feet of meeting venues; two pools; and more than 50 hands-on classes and workshops on baking, cooking, gardening, tastings, arts and crafts, and wellness.

Appellation Lodi – Wine and Roses Resort and Spa
Opened: June
Cofounded by Michelin-starred chef Charlie Palmer and luxury hospitality veteran Christopher Hunsberger, the Appellation brand chose Lodi, Calif., for its first operational hotel. Maison Lodi brings French baking to the famed wine region, offering freshly made breads and pastries, as well as roasted chicken, seasonal salads and artisan sandwiches. While the boutique property only has 66 rooms, there are more than 14,000 square feet of function areas.

The Ava Hotel Paso Robles, Curio Collection by Hilton

The Ava Hotel brings 151 rooms and 6,500 square feet of function space to California's Central Coast wine country, in downtown Paso Robles. The on-site Emre Restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine paired with wines, craft cocktails and aperitifs. In the region surrounding the hotel, oenophiles have access to more than 200 tasting rooms and vineyards. 

Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Downtown Little Italy
Opened: Summer
San Diego's Little Italy recently welcomed a new 334-room Courtyard by Marriott to the neighborhood. Accommodations range from traditional rooms with balconies to two-story townhouse-style suites. The hotel includes a skydeck pool and terrace, a signature restaurant, and more than 10,000 square feet of event venues.

Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center
Opened: May
Gaylord Hotels has opened its sixth U.S. property and first in the state. Debuting in Chula Vista in late spring, the resort offers a whopping 1,600 guest rooms. Planners also have 477,000 square feet of meeting space at their disposal, along with 10 F&B venues. When the meeting ends, be sure to unwind at the spa or by floating down the lazy river at the 4.25-acre water park.

Hilton Arcadia Los Angeles
Opening: December
At the base of the San Gabriel Mountains, the Hilton Arcadia Los Angeles will soon welcome guests. Among the plans for the property are 173 guest rooms, nearly 18,000 square feet of gathering space, and a rooftop restaurant and bar. Nearby attractions include the Santa Anita Park, the Santa Anita Mall and the Rose Bowl Stadium.

La Bahia Hotel & Spa
Opened: September
La Bahia began welcoming guests to Santa Cruz this summer with 155 rooms and 13,000 square feet for meetings. Food-and-beverage options range from the casual Low Tide Bar and Grill, featuring live music and handcrafted cocktails, to the sophisticated High Tide, offering an elevated coastal dining experience with views of the Pacific.

Limelight Mammoth
Opening: December
Just in time for ski season, the Limelight Mammoth is now accepting reservations for stays beginning Dec. 1. Plans for the property include 124 rooms, including 25 suites and 15 private residences, and more than 8,000 square feet of function space. A private ski and social club, the Mammoth Lakes Mountain Club includes a bar and lounge, semi-private workspaces, an outdoor terrace with firepits, ski passes, direct gondola access, and more.

Colorado

Limelight Boulder

On the University of Colorado, Boulder, campus, the Limelight debut at the start of the fall 2025 semester. The 250-room hotel features 26,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event areas, including a 15,000-square-foot ballroom. Hotel operator Aspen Hospitality already has established three properties in Colorado, in Denver, Aspen and Snowmass; one in Ketchum, Idaho; and has another hotel in the pipeline in Mammoth, Calif.

Florida

Andaz Miami Beach
Opened: May
Formerly the Confidante Miami Beach, the Andaz Miami Beach include a redesigned lobby, revamped food-and-beverage offerings, and an upgraded pool area. The 287 rooms and 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space were also updated. The property had been closed since March of last year to undergo renovations.

Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic
Opened: October
Providing easy access to the region's top medical facilities, the Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic contains 252 rooms and five event rooms totaling 21,000 square feet. The largest venue is the 10,000-square-foot NorthStar Ballroom, which can hold up to 1,600 attendees. Signature restaurant Coastal Kitchen is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving omelets, seafood, artisanal pizzas and more.

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort
Opening: November 
The first Four Seasons on Florida's Gulf Coast will be unveiled next month. The 220-room property will include five food-and-beverage outlets, a two-level spa, and 32,853 square feet of conference areas. In 2026, a championship golf course designed by architect Tom Fazio will be available to guests.

Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel
Opening: Late fall
Set to debut later in the year is the property that will serve as the new headquarters hotel for the Broward County Convention Center. The Omni will offer 801 guest rooms, 120,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, and six dining outlets, including the Ibis Rooftop Lounge and the Mangrove Pool Bar & Grill. In addition to its waterfront location, the property will be connected directly to the convention center, which is in the midst of a $1.3 billion expansion and modernization.

Opal Sol
Opened: February
The host of Northstar's Luxury & Wellness Meetings - Summer event at the end of July, Opal Sol in Clearwater Beach began welcoming guests in February. Amenities at the 248-room resort include three pools, seven restaurants and 57,200 square feet of function space. Part of the Opal Collection, the property is connected to Opal Sands, which offers an additional 230 keys and 49,000 square feet of event space for groups.

Pier 66 Resort
Opened: January
Spanning 32 acres on Fort Lauderdale's stretch of the Intracoastal Waterway, Pier 66 Resort has 325 rooms, 40,000 square feet of event space and one of the largest super yacht marinas on the eastern seaboard. Among the property's 12 dining options is the Pier Top Bar, a rotating observation deck with views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel

This new property was unveiled in conjunction with the opening of Epic Universe, the newest Universal Orlando theme park on May 22. The 500-room hotel features several food-and-beverage outlets, more than 4,600 square feet of meeting venues, and a dedicated entrance to the park. Event bookings became available as of Oct. 22, 2024.

Villatel Orlando Resort
Opened: March
The 80-acre Villatel Orlando Resort debuted with 256 apartment-style suites and 270 private villas. Free time can be spent at the on-site water park, pickleball and basketball courts, or the Top Golf swing suite. The property has partnered with Dezerland, a nearby indoor amusement center that offers more than 52,500 square feet of event rooms.

Georgia

Origin Hotel Atlanta
Opened: July
Less than 2 miles from the Georgia World Congress Center, the Origin Hotel Atlanta began welcoming guests to the city's South Downtown district over the summer. The property includes 122 rooms and 2,500 square feet of function space; the hotel will be decorated with works by local artists.

Indiana

InterContinental Indianapolis

Upon opening just a few blocks from the Indiana Convention Center, the InterContinental Indianapolis added 170 rooms and 5,000 square feet of meeting venues to the city's blueprint. The first luxury property to open in the area in nearly two decades, the hotel also provides two dining concepts, including the highest rooftop bar in Indianapolis.

Kansas

Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City
Opened: June
It's always 5 o'clock at the new Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City. The 228-room property is bringing island vibes to the Midwest with indoor and outdoor pools and the LandShark Bar and Grill. Planners can take advantage of more than 14,000 square feet of conference space.

Kentucky

The Trail Hotel

The Trail Hotel began welcoming guests to Bardstown, also known as the "bourbon capital of the world," this spring. A dedicated bourbon butler can arrange local experiences, from distillery tours and dining reservations to custom bourbon experiences and excursions to golf courses, farms, breweries and wineries. The 95-room property also features approximately 10,000 square feet of conference areas, a golf simulator and a wellness center, with such treatments as an oxygen bar, cryotherapy and IV hydration.

Louisiana

Fairmont New Orleans

Hurricane Katrina might have shuttered the original Fairmont New Orleans in 2005, but the brand finally will return to the Big Easy next summer. The new hotel in the Central Business District will take up 18 of 31 stories in the transformed Bank of New Orleans building. Plans call for 250 guest rooms, a 10,000-square-foot spa and more than 20,000 square feet of meeting space. Amenities will include an all-day restaurant, a lobby lounge, a rooftop bar and speakeasy, and a swimming pool with city views.

Live! Casino and Hotel Louisiana
Opened: February
A $270 million gaming, dining and entertainment destination, this Bossier City property opened early this year. In the 47,000-square-foot casino, players can choose from more than 1,000 slot machines and electronic table games, and over 40 live-action table games. The 550-room hotel includes a 25,000-square-foot event center, as well as five restaurants and bars.

Minnesota

West Hotel

After the project was stalled by financing issues, construction has resumed on the West Hotel in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis. The 123-room property's meeting space will total 6,500 square feet. Among the food-and-beverage options will be a stone-cellar cocktail bar, a rooftop bar with an outdoor terrace, and a signature restaurant by James Beard Award–winning chef Tim McKee.

Montana

Field & Stream Bozeman
Opened: May
The premier property for the new hospitality brand Field & Stream Lodge Co., Field & Stream Bozeman opened in Big Sky Country this winter. Designed for travelers seeking authentic outdoor experiences, the hotel is just outside of the Bridger Bowl and Big Sky mountain destinations, and less than two hours from multiple Yellowstone National Park entrances. The property entails 179 keys, 33,600 square feet of space for conferences, and outdoor hot tubs and fire pits.

New York

Kimpton Midtown NYC

The third property in the Kimpton brand to grace the Big Apple will debut on Rockefeller Center’s doorstep on 48th Street between Fifth and Sixth avenues. With 529 rooms in a 33-story building, the hotel will feature two full-service restaurants and a rooftop bar. Details to come on the two event spaces planned for the property.

M Social Hotel New York Downtown

The former Millennium Downtown New York has been rebranded as the M Social Hotel New York Downtown in Manhattan's Financial District. Taking aesthetic inspiration from the Oculus and the New York Stock Exchange and designed with corporate travelers in mind, the property's 569 rooms are equipped with advanced workspaces. Among the room count are 98 suites, with sweeping views of the World Trade Center and Brooklyn Bridge. Other amenities include six meeting rooms, totaling 3,550 square feet and suitable for as many as 160 people, and the signature restaurant Beast and Butterflies, which can accommodate up to 70 people. The brand currently operates one other U.S. property, the M Social Hotel New York Times Square; the new-build, 263-room M Social Hotel Sunnyvale is scheduled to open in California's Silicon Valley in September 2026.

Meta Hotel
Opening: Late 2025
Originally planned to open under the Aloft brand, the Meta Hotel will debut across the street from the Jacob K. Javits Center. Still operated by Marriott International, the 51-floor property will consist of 379 rooms, 8,000 square feet of meeting space, and a restaurant and bar with an outdoor terrace.

New to the Queens hotel scene is the Westin Flushing LaGuardia Airport, with 276 rooms and 6,000 square feet of event space. Blu Ember, an upscale Asian fusion restaurant, includes a 12-seat omakase sushi-oyster bar, a main dining room and private dining space. Aside from the airport, the property is within close proximity to the Queens Botanical Garden, Citi Field and Flushing Meadows Corona Park.

North Carolina

The dual-branded Hilton property has been welcoming guests to the North Carolina capital since early 2025. Between the two hotels, there are 261 rooms and nearly 10,000 square feet of function space. The Tempo Raleigh marks the fourth property for the newest Hilton brand.

Uptown Charlotte Moxy
Opened: July
The Uptown Charlotte Moxy debuted earlier this year near the Spectrum Center arena. Offerings for groups consist of 208 rooms, 2,500 square feet of meeting space and a rooftop terrace.

An adaptive reuse of the 103-year-old Baker Building, downtown Cleveland's Fidelity Hotel has 97 rooms, 2,300 square feet of conference space and a full-service restaurant. Through various social initiatives and partnerships with organizations like the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, Boys Hope Girls Hope, Edwin's Leadership Academy, Global Cleveland and Ilthy, the boutique property has implemented community-specific social impact programs, where a percentage of bookings will benefit local nonprofits focused on food security, workforce development and community revitalization.

Hotel Celare
Opened: January
Part of Marriott's Tribute Portfolio, the Hotel Celare began welcoming guests to Cincinnati Midtown, near the University of Cincinnati, at the beginning of the year. On-site culinary experiences include The Vick, a retro rooftop bar, and Iris Café, a casual coffee corner by day and luxurious lounge by night. The 171-room property provides nearly 3,400 square feet of function venues for groups.

South Carolina

Voco the Shelby Myrtle Beach
Opened: June
The first Voco in South Carolina opened this summer with 242 rooms and nearly 4,400 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting venues. Other amenities include a tiki bar, signature dining and direct beach access. In 2026, the Shelby Pickleball Club will open with 10 courts and a two-story restaurant.

Tennessee

Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown the Gulch
Opened: June
The 181-room property opened this spring in Nashville's Gulch neighborhood with more than 1,500 square feet of event space. Adjacent to the Music City Center, the hotel's American tap house serving local beers will provide all three meals, and menu for the the rooftop lounge will highlight Mexican-fusion bites and cocktails.

The Printing House Nashville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
Opened: September
The Printing House Nashville debuted last month with 187 rooms and 3,200 square feet of meeting venues. Honoring the city's printing legacy, the hotel is near Hatch Show Print within the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, where guests can learn about prints, participate in a hands-on workshop and watch a working letterpress in action. The property also has a rooftop stage featuring live music from local musicians and interactive songwriting sessions.

The Waymark
Opening: December
Taking over the historic Chattanooga Bank Building, which originally opened in 1927, The Waymark will be unveiled later this year. The Vault, a speakeasy named for its location within the former bank, will be pouring libations in an intimate setting. For groups, the 148-room hotel will feature 3,000 square feet of venues. 

Texas

Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa
Opened: October
The Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa, newly rebranded under the Hilton brand, has more than 100,000 square feet for gatherings in San Antonio's Hill Country. Options for planners include a 17,000-square-foot grand ballroom, a 6,000-square-foot event lawn and a 3,000-square-foot terrace. The 496-room property also offers nine food-and-beverage outlets, one of which is a Michelin-recommended restaurant, and an 18-hole championship golf course.

Virginia

One of the first properties to debut in 2025 was the AC Hotel and Residence Inn by Marriott Reston. The dual-branded lodging features 147 rooms on the AC side and 120 under the Residence Inn flag. Shared amenities include a signature restaurant, a rooftop bar and lounge, an indoor pool, and 11,300 square feet of function space.

Wisconsin

Formerly the Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center, the Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center debuted in January following an extensive transformation. The property now features 176 updated rooms, more than 25,000 square feet of meeting rooms and access to the adjacent convention center via a skywalk. Anchor and Port Restaurant, a new waterfront dining experience, offers an upscale cocktail selection, a locally sourced menu and views of Lake Winnebago.
