Suzy Sanchez

Senior Manager DEI and Community Programs, USA Cycling

Suzy Sanchez is a 12-year sports administration professional with a background in diversity, equity and inclusion policy and programming within the Olympic and Paralympic movement. After serving six years as the director of culture, community and outreach at USA Weightlifting, Sanchez joined the USA Cycling staff with an aim to facilitate cultural change within the cycling community through the implementation of DEI strategies, educational workshops, and community-based partnerships. A former Olympic hopeful in the sport of weightlifting, she has found a love for the cycling community and is a proud member of the KRT/QRT Cycling Club.
