Jennifer Layman is a speaker, award-winning author and strategy consultant. She works with businesses and organizations that want to drive results and achieve their potential. In addition to 18 years of consultant experience, Layman draws on her career in professional golf to help clients achieve at the highest levels. Her golf achievements range from being a NCAA Division 1 conference champion to competing on the Canadian Women's professional golf tour. Since starting her practice, she has helped build strategies for marketing, recruiting, volunteers, operations and more. As part of her business, she launched and published a regional travel magazine, targeting local residents who influenced 75 percent of travel decisions. She spends her time between Ontario, Canada, and North Carolina.
