Diversity strategist Curtis Hill of the Culture of Belonging brings an empowering message of awareness, culture and resilience — combined with a mix of savvy business skills honed from a lifetime of raw and well-crafted experiences. Hill grew up on the tough streets of Chicago, finally finding his way into education and then turning his street smarts into solid business acumen. He earned four degrees — including a master's in teaching and another in administration and supervision — and he holds a black belt in Lean Six Sigma. Hill now travels the globe helping organizations implement inclusivity strategies to maximize people, profits and productivity.
