Renee Martinez

Founder, WovenSmart

Renee Martinez is the founder of WovenSmart, a creative experience studio and strategy practice, as well as a modern salon for aliveness where brand, leadership, creativity and hospitality converge.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning luxury travel, fine jewelry and executive marketing leadership, Martinez brings a blend of hospitality insight, brand strategy and creativity to the luxury travel and wellness industry. She began her career as marketing director for a luxury Caribbean resort, and she later served as a brand strategy consultant in the fine jewelry industry, specializing in how social media and digital platforms communicate luxury value without diluting it — translating craftsmanship and heritage into brand narratives.

Martinez now advises organizations and executive teams on brand clarity, leadership presence and creative experience strategy while curating corporate retreats, executive immersions and WovenSmart Journeys. She is the author of CreativeIQ: Opening the Door to Creativity That Inspires Sustainable Results, and a university instructor in marketing and strategy.


Melissa Sundermann

Physician, Lifestyle Medicine Leader, "Doctor Outdoors"

Melissa Sundermann is a double board-certified physician in internal medicine and lifestyle medicine with more than 25 years of experience in medical practice. She has advanced training in integrative medicine from the University of Michigan and has completed a professional training program in mind-body medicine through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine. As "Doctor Outdoors," she is a leading expert in nature as medicine and serves as the founding chair of the Nature as Medicine subcommittee for the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She is also the chair of the Global Wellness Institute's Lifestyle Medicine Initiative. Currently, Sundermann is the medical director of lifestyle medicine for Corewell Health System, and she also serves as an advisor for Social Prescribing USA, Project Reconnect at UCLA and InCaria — lending her expertise to initiatives at the forefront of community health, integrative healing and innovative well-being solutions. Sundermann is the author of Doctor Outdoors' Guide to Nature and Lifestyle Medicine and a lifelong outdoor enthusiast.
