Padraic oversees marketing for SITE, the largest global association for the incentive travel industry. He also is a managing partner at SoolNua, a marketing agency that works with destinations, venues and hotels. Prior to founding SoolNua, Gilligan was vice president of Ovation, MCI's global DMC network, and vice president of industry relations at MCI.

Bruce McIndoe

Bruce McIndoe

President and Founder, McIndoe Risk Advisory LLC

Bruce is a recognized leader in risk management, technology and intelligence. He was a co-founder of iJET International in 1999, which was rebranded as WorldAware in 2018. The company quickly became a leader in global intelligence and business resiliency with the development of the Worldcue Global Control Center (GCC). 

Prior to joining WorldAware, Bruce was founder and CEO of CSSi, an Inc. 500 company that developed systems for the intelligence community. He has also served as a lead architect on intelligence programs for the US government.

Bruce is a former trustee of Allegheny College, where he received a BS in Physics, and holds an MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. He is an adjunct professor at University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) where he teaches in the Criminal Justice division covering intelligence, security management and cyber security courses.

Paul Miller is managing director of Spectra, a full-service DMC with offices in London and Edinburgh. He has been a member of  the Society For Incentive Travel Excellence since 1999. Miller was elected to SITE's Great Britain Chapter board in 2003 and served as its president in 2005 and 2006. He was voted SITE Member of the Year in 2006; served as chair for the International Conference in 2008; joined the international board of directors in 2010; and served as SITE’s president in 2014. Miller was recently elected to the Association of Destination Management Executives International board of directors and is chair of its ethics committee.

Matthew Thiel is a travel and MICE industry expert with more than 13 years of business development, marketing, and service excellence experience.  He started his career in travel insurance, then represented a small-ship cruising company before joining Fox World Travel’s Meetings & Incentives team.

Alaina Tobar, DMCP, is the regional general manager of PRA Northern California and president of the Association of Destination Management Executives International. She has a passion for creating memorable experiences and loves everything about this industry – the collaboration, the challenges, the people.
